Our van is a huge part of our DJ business, so when it goes down the panic sets in fast. Over the weekend it wouldn’t shift out of park and had to be towed to another mechanic in town. By Tuesday it was still sitting behind their shop, full of expensive gear, and we were told they couldn’t look at it until Friday. I stopped in at Jefferson Automotive and talked to Chris, and I was immediately relieved. He genuinely cared and understood how urgent this was. He even offered to park the van inside if it needed to stay overnight. Before even seeing it, he made an educated guess at the issue and ordered the part so it would be ready if he needed it.
