Great experience at Jeff’s Auto Repair in Lynnwood. The manager was friendly and the staff clearly know what they’re doing. They diagnosed an electrical issue with my headlight and fixed it quickly. Pricing was fair and they didn’t try to add extra labor. The repair was finished within the diagnostic time, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I've been customer for 6 years and Jeffs has provided nothing but stellar service until now. From tune-ups to new tires to major engine work, I had a flawless experience until recently. I booked online to check my fan, it's squeaking and I am unable to tighten it. There was a sudden burst of promo emails as well, so I took advantage of one. I showed up to drop my car off and they are triplebooked. OK, I understand. I called 2 weeks later and booked an appt. I had my car scheduled to be dropped off and I did so. As usual, I was told a tech would diagnose and call me soon. 2pm rolled around. I called and was placed on hold with no hold music for 5 minutes (which is the worst thing to ever do). I called back, no answer. I called 30 minutes later, no answer. I called again and

I stopped in for an oil change and the Black Friday price for that was a huge blessing. Customer service was ok but I've learned to not expect people being friendly around Seattle lol. The gentleman at the front was nice but lacked a friendly demeanour. What matters most though is that the guys who worked on my car did an excellent job.

I brought my car in for its 20,000-mile service appointment. It was my first time taking it somewhere other than the dealership. They did a great job, very fast service. Highly recommend!

**Update* Downgraded this from 2 stars to 1. What seemed like a nice effort to correct a mistake has become a circus of wasting my time that would be laughable if it weren't so disappointing. After my initial review posted, I was contacted and told they were going to refund my diagnostic fee. An impressive gesture of good business (or so I thought). A few weeks went by with no refund. I called back, and they finally put in the refund request, and said I'd be contacted to dictate how I'd get the refund. (I was fine with it just going back on my credit card, but ok.) I was never contacted, but I did eventually get a check in the mail. Deposited it... IT BOUNCED. Contacted Sun Auto again, was told I'd get an email to dictate a direct deposit refund, and I suppose I shouldn't be surprised the
