I am the owner of three older vehicles and I've been relying on Jeff's Automotive to keep them running smoothly. I am very pleased with the service and end result that I consistently receive from Jeff's. It seems no matter the issue, Jeff's is able to pinpoint and fix the problem. Simply put, Jeff and his team are all very honest and do quality work. I highly recommend Jeff's Automotive.

I showed up this week at Jeff's Automotive Services unannounced and without an appointment. They waited on me immediately, took only a few minutes to do the thing I needed, charged me and I was out of there. While I would never show up without an appointment for anything bigger unless it were a sudden emergency, I feel they treated me really well. I used to go to Joe at Formula One in Mt. Prospect, and I'm so happy that I've found a new home for my car! 💖

I really appreciate the honesty and fairness of Jeff and his team. I recently brought my 2011 Honda Civic in to them with a loud muffler noise. I figured I was going to need a new muffler or possibly an entire exhaust system. After an inspection, their technician called me and informed me that my muffler was fine just a rusted exhaust pipe that needed to be replaced. $200 later I was back on the road. Thank you Jeff for running an honest and fair repair shop. 5 Star all the way.

These guys are fantastic! There are so many mechanics out there that cannot be trusted, that's a sad but true fact. The team at Jeff’s have integrity, honesty, clear communication, great prices and I cannot recommend them enough.
