JEM Auto Glass

I honestly don't know why Jems auto glass doesn't have more reviews. I have used them twice now and the service, professionalism, and caring nature of this shop has been outstanding. The prices are also very reasonable. I feel very lucky to have this little shop in our town. And if I ever need anymore glass work, I will absolutely take my cars to this shop again.

Everett has repaired our windshield twice now. We scheduled with him easily and he was prepared for us when we arrived. Pricing was extremely fair. I live in the area but would not hesitate to travel to his shop in Nyssa from other towns around here.

What was done right. *Price was amazing. Beat everyone by leaps and bounds. * tech was friendly What was done wrong. *all windows worked correctly when arriving at the shop but now magically my driver rear window does not roll down. Never an issue in the past * replacement driver side window stops when going up and have to activate the window again to finish the rolling up the window. * my rear view mirror switch was incorrectly seated back in place so I couldn't adjust my mirrors. I may be back if I'm in a pinch financially and need something fixed but will be better prepared for the repercussions later.

Amazing guy. He did 3 full replacements for me and only charged me for 2 AND was the cheapest around before already before that. Thanks again

He is very efficient and knowledgeable Very quick in ordering the window and getting it replaced within 2 days very happy with him. Will recommend him always!
