The young lady at the desk was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything my car needed in detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the work being done. JEMS is the absolute BEST place to bring your vehicle for anything from basic maintenance to major repairs. While I was there Joey (the owner) was super welcoming and knowledgeable. He got my check engine light to stay off when other shops and even the dealer couldn’t figure it out. 10/10 highly recommend!! Great prices and amazing service.

Within the year that I've lived here in New Bedford JEMS Auto has taken care of both my vehicles from small things like an ignition coil replacement in my 2002 Corolla to a transmission swap in a 2011 RAV4. They will get the job done correctly. Always super friendly, responsive and customer service is excellent. Will recommend them to everyone.
