UPDATE: I had to revise my 5 star rating. First off... when we bought the TDI Sportwagen he signed up for the ultra expensive, all inclusive program...where if ANYTHING breaks or stops working, they fix it, because its INCLUDED. The second to last time we went there, they charged him for things that should have been included. He went back in to talk to them and they told him "Oh, yeah... your package is only for oil changes and tune ups...". WHAT?! No...no it isn't! That's why after the navigation screen broke the first time... you replaced it...for FREE... because it was INCLUDED in the program he picked. When it broke again... they replaced it for free... AGAIN. Because it was INCLUDED. After he calmed down, he bit the bullet and paid them, then set up an appt to get a scratch o

I brought my car in to Jenkins VW in Leesburg for a minor repair/adjustment. I had made an appointment. I arrived early and was greeted in a friendly way by my service advisor, Mike. He quickly wrote up my service order and the mechanic got to work on it right away. The work on my car was performed quickly and completely by Damon, the mechanic who work on my car. I am very pleased that Damon completely resolved my car's issue. I am a return customer and will continue to bring my car here for service and repairs.
