If u could 0 stars I would.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP your car will not be fixed properly and once they get the money they don't care to help you. I was in an auto accident 6/17/25, decided to take my car to Jenkins collision of Ocala because they were on the list the insurance company provided me. Took my car, they supposed fixed it they called me 8/1/2025 to pick up the car. I paid $7044 to the company. Drove the car home. The next day I drove the car to work which is 40 min from my home stopped to pick up food before work fluid started running out of the car and it over heated. Had to get it towed back to Ocala shop because car would not start. Monday morning I went to speak with shop they said they don't know why my car over heated because they checked everything. My car was repaired after an accident. I was given a service rep who communicated at least twice a week with details and time line to completion. That really was an excellent option since my car was there 3 full weeks. I was totally satisfied with quality of the repair. Would certainly recommend!

Rob S is an amazing man and brought so much clarity and informed suggestions to a tough situation. My car was approved for repairs and dropped off and during this process while waiting the approval for a price increase my insurance company was bought out by another company, I could gain no information from them and if it had not been for Robs constant correspondence between me and insurance company I would not have had any information on what was going on.
