Jenkins Ford Collision

When a deer struck by another vehicle flung into mine & damaged it just two days after I bought it, It was towed to Jenkins Collision. Their work was superb, and they did an especially impressive job of matching my car's distinctive 'black cherry' color, as seen in the before and after photos I've shared. I give Jenkins Collision 5 stars and will certainly use their services again if I require any future repairs.

Wonderful body work happens @ this place for sure! My limo was spiffed up well & also these guys take care of any scrape and scratch we have on any vehicle we bring in. 100% professional & up to factory standards for sure. :)

Never again...this is a state farm "select service" shop and I don't know who's more to blame- state farm for being associated with them or Jenkins for doing body work that I'm confident I could match in my garage at home (with almost no body work experience). First time my truck was there for a week or more, there was paint chipping on the corner of my fender that I believe existed before someone backed into me which required the body work to be done. They painted the whole fender, except for the paint chips. Then there was pitting in some of the paint as well as trapped dust or something similar as if it was painted outside when the wind was blowing. Jenkins Ford Collision has fixed my vehicle twice and my husband's vehicle once, all due to deer strikes. The other reviews surprise me, because they've always provided me with updates on how long it would be, via emails with a day estimate, and anytime it's been delayed I have received an updated estimate. The last time we used them, the only delay that seemed to happen was the insurance pushing back on what Jenkins said was needed, so that's no fault of their own. If you have Nationwide for insurance, they are a preferred provider, so it's always been super fast and easy to get my claims taken care of. The people I've interacted with have never been less than kind, and have always seemed honest.

They did a great job repairing the damage on my car, but they did not keep me updated about the status when they ran into issues. I had to keep calling in order to be told it was being delayed. They detailed the interior of the car, which was nice, but they cleaned my windows and instruments with the same cloth and possibly cleaning supplies they used on my dash board, so my windows are a greasy mess. But they do a great job with repairs and I would go back again.
