The folks at Jenkins Ford obviously value their customers. This is the second time I’ve been to this service center. Milan was courteous, pleasant, and professional. My vehicle was done before anticipated and was FAR cheaper than I had feared. No unnecessary work, just the repair. The rest of the gang of 3 was also courteous, passing along a last minute request I had, as Milan was on the phone. Stellar! Definitely recommend

My service Rep was pleasant and professional as if I was his only concern. I had an oil change they performed checks to ensure there were no issues. Seamless first visit.

Elizabeth was my salesperson and she was awesome! She explained all the differences in the broncos to me and was very informative and knew her stuff!! I was impressed!! I was very surprised when she offered to let me take the bronco home that I was looking at, so my husband could see it. I brought it back the next morning and we discussed pricing. All of the were very helpful and so willing to help to make my buying process go smoothly!! I highly recommend asking for Elizabeth at Jenkins Ford of Crystal River if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Your service department is top notch. I had several issues with my F350 and even though there were a few difficulties with fixing them, They came through with flying colors. Stayed after the problem until they found it and fixed it. My truck is special to me and I really try to keep it running as good as it can. You team if professionals made that a priority for me.
