Ordered some parts over the Phone with Mike, Super easy process and the pricing was spot on if not better than any other Genesis dealer. Part came very fast about 24hrs. Pick up was smooth Mike was the one who ended up handing me the part. The dealership is absolutely beautiful super clean and very very updated less car dealership more of a center room of a resort. Tons of inventory and CPOs on the lot, Everyone is very pleasant to talk to. 10/10 Genesis dealer even if you must travel to come here you will not be disappointed!!

Adam Croner and Daniel Metz took care of me and my Genesis with 5 Star Service. Needed a new battery and my vehicle was under warranty. They brought me a loaner Genesis, quite a distance from their dealership. Picked up my car the next day and my car was clean and serviced as well. Adam and Dan stayed in touch with me the entire time and followed up with calls to be sure all was well. I will always use this dealership for any Genesis needs. I have other Genesis dealers near me but Ocala was absolutely the easiest and fastest with great staff and managers!
