JENSEN TIRE & AUTO

Finally found this Jensen tire! They are kind HONEST professionals all of the young men who work there!!! I love these young men!! Thank you for your kindnesses and work you've done and well see you next month!! My car had started idling really hard when stopped and then seeming to lag when accelerating so I made an appointment to have it looked at. They are great to work with and were honest about what was ‘wrong’ with my car. It turns out that the dipstick wasn’t put back in all the way, causing air to be able to get in, which in turn caused the rough idling and accelerating. They didn’t charge me anything and they didn’t try to upsell or put it to the issue that I’d known about already (I’d just had the valve cover replaced a week ago & there’s a part that usually goes with it they said would need to be replaced eventually). Honest workers, great to work with and I appreciate that there’s still people like that around

The experience you have at a shop is based upon the employees. And I usually have worked with Garrett, John, and Matt. And they've all treated me fairly and nicely. If there is a problem they handle it correctly. They communicate with me regarding the status of the problem. That's why I continue to use this store. The only problem I have with Jensen Tire is I think they need to have some kind of a reward system. As a loyal customer I would like to see that. It's time to give back to all the customers that have supported you with business. And if you look at businesses today a lot are doing this to show their thanks to their customers.

I have gone here and requested my tires checked and they'd always greet me with amazing customer service kindness and my dogs loved them! I went to get a oil change and and I was treated like royalty so we're the others I observed coming in. They even put my license plate on and made sure my parking pass had a place too!! I know im older I take time in dont have a fancy car I'm just a retired Marine; ..a nurse now who travels but I am so proud of the men who work here. Thank you so much young men. 💓

I was very close to having a flat tire. It was extremely cold and the guys were busy. But my truck made it to the shop and I got greeted quickly. Everyone was courteous and ny tire was fixed very quickly. I even got a fantastic discount! Ive been to Jensen before for tires and Im ALWAYS happy with their service. A big thanks to the team on Broadway in Council Bluffs!
