Charged me close to $700 in just labor for changing the spark plugs. Charged over $160 for diagnostic (read the code that auto zone does for free) and doesn’t take it off the bill if you get the work done there, like most places do. I was shocked at the final price because I I’d recently gotten spark plugs changed on my son’s car and a different place and it was $400-500. It was twice that here.

I had my brakes replaced. They charged me $1900. My car had a slight wobble when I applied the brakes, now it screeches like metal against metal. I have called twice to resolve the issue and no one has returned my call. It gets worse every time I drive it. I cannot ride with the windows down or sunroof open because it pierces my ears.

Great shop. They have serviced our fleet for a couple years now. We were looking for a shop that would fix problems and not band-aid them, Jerald Henson's is that. My man John, inside, is the man.

Had cam phasers & chains, timing chain, guides, water pump and all seals & hoses replaced on Ford 3.5 Ecoboost motor. Had all parts on hand when I dropped vehicle off. Completed the job in 3 days and charged a fair price. Very happy with whole process from diagnosis to completion. Highly recommend!
