Tony in the preowned financing department was great when it came to the financing and paperwork. He was personable and went over everything and answered all my questions. He also had good advice about buying cars.

Unhinged employee! One of their employees who was on their way to work literally drove his truck over the top of a median to try and ram into the side of my car while I was driving my child to a doctor appointment. Literal inches away from causing a massive accident, I had to swerve to not be hit and nearly hit the vehicles to the right of me. Not someone I would trust to sell or work on a vehicle when they can’t even pull into work without trying to kill someone.

I was at Hand & Stone in Weatherford today using a gift card, and I watched a grown man and his girlfriend practically bully the teenage girl working the front desk. She was clearly doing her best and doesn’t own the business or the payment system, but they were smirking, laughing, and belittling her in front of people. He kept running his card before she was even ready, then mocked her when the machine asked for it again because gratuity and payment process separately. She repeatedly apologized and explained the system, and they just kept laughing at her. By the time they walked out, it was obvious they enjoyed embar

Would not recommend this dealership. Will not hold to agreed upon price that we signed. EXEC MGMT is no better. Doesn't care if customers are treated rudely and belittlied. There are many other dealers who will gladly work with you and hold to the agreed upon price and will treat you with respect.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Be careful if you plan on trading in a vehicle here. They will seriously lowball your trade-in. I did my homework and knew what my car was worth, and their offer was thousands under fair market value. Felt like they were just trying to take advantage instead of working with me fairly. Would not recommend if you’re looking for an honest deal on your trade.
