Jerry Durant Collision Center

Purchased a new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 from Jerry's GMC and got hail damage in June of 2025. I took it back to the collision center at Jerry's for repairs and spoke to Carter McCullough. I could not have been happier with the repairs or the process. He made everything so easy and hassle free, stayed in contact with me all along the way. After finishing the repairs he then sent it over to the service department to Bob Murphy for a for a software update and the next day I had it back. These guys are are a great representation of the Jerry's organization. They did such a great job I took my daughters car there as well. Highly recommend these guys.

Got an estimate that was originally supposed to be customer pay, called back later because I needed it submitted directly to the insurance company instead. They refused to submit it to the company even though they had already done the estimate unless I drove back to have them do it all over again... I live an hour and a half away. Then the lead time to get my vehicle into the shop for repair was a minimum of 8 weeks. I know my insurance company isn't going to pay for a rental car for nearly 3 months by time the work is finished... Will yours?

We brought our car in for repairs after we got in a low speed accident. The repairs seemed, at first glance, to be entirely cosmetic, pretty straightforward and so we weren’t expecting it to take very long at all. However, when they did the inspection, and when they looked closely they found multiple issues, including the frame being partially bent. Thankfully, it was only a few centimeters, but a bent frame is still very serious. It needs to be repaired properly. They did an amazing job, inspecting the vehicle and checking for any and all damage. I worked with Donnie Kerns and he kept me updated every single step of the way. Highly recommend Jerry Durant Collision Center in Hudson Oaks. First, I will say that it is very convenient to get an estimate, currently, they do not require appointments for estimate. Also, they are open until 6 pm so getting there with out missing too much work is possible. Brett was my contact, he thoroughly explained the damage that was dealt to my car when I was rear ended, what repairs were expected, and length of stay. He even called and had a Enterprise pick me up in a rental car and took over dealing with the insurance company which took a great deal of stress off of my back.
