I had a very positive experience with Mike the owner. I have an older F150 that I have had for 18 years. I took it in for a fuel pump replacement, but my issues were deeper than that. Mike got involved personally working to resolve the real issues. I was treated like family and fell in love with Roscoe the shop dog. When I found out he was a rescue that showed up there in bad shape and they took time and love to make him better, I was so impressed. Truly an old time small town experience in modern times. I will definitely use them for my future repairs.

This shop came highly referred by a friend of ours. We needed a diagnostic test done on a 2017 kia optima. They did not perform the test and claimed they did not want to leave the car running (for whatever reason) to run the test. They still charged us for this test. They said we needed an engine but could not produce the results. We took the car to Kia and did get a diagnostic on it. It does NOT need an engine. The car sat for 2 weeks with no calls to us. We had to call every few days for an update. I am disappointed and shocked that such a highly recommended business would act accordingly. I understand time was taken to look at the vehicle but to charge for a diagnostic test that was not done is unacceptable. This company will be reported.

Took my 2017 Infiniti up there for a small leak they charged me for fixing leak but my truck was back leaking next day. Never fixed the problem but told me I could bring it back! What a inconvenience I just had to get a rental car for this issue and instead of taking away the problem it’s adding more on the table.

Took my 2009 Honda Accord in for squeaky brakes and requested they change the front calipers. Was charged for the two calipers and service, which was payed. My brakes were still loud (even after being broken in) and the driver side caliper fell off while driving as the caliper pin was not reinstalled correctly and it destroyed my inner wheel barrel. My rotor also was warped and damaged. I’m not sure if they provided new calipers at all, maybe they only changed the brake pads but I’m not sure. When I returned to complain and ask for a refund the shop was closed for vacation and I never returned. Later was pulled over for a tail light that was out, which I was also charged for, no electrical issues simply needed a new bulb.

i came to them with problems with my durango stemming from a a dealership repair and they had the issue fixed in 2hrs. entire staff is very kind, I will definitely be using them in the future for my mechanic needs.
