My whole experience was fantastic! The owner & staff were all friendly, extremely helpful, and just great all around. I asked for certain things to be done before purchasing the truck. They did everything and then some without argument or fuss to make sure to be selling a reliable and safe vehicle. The quality of work was top notch too. Jerry(the owner) even worked with me on the financial end to help me get approved and buy the truck at a fair and reasonable price. Thank you to Jerry, Jill, and the rest of the staff for all the excellent help & service! Highly recommend this place to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

I was so pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received at Jerry Gradl Motors. My son and I traveled 2 1/2 hours to near Buffalo, NY to purchase my Lincoln MKX that I only seen on my phone. After talking with Jerry on the phone, he assured me I would be extremely happy with the vehicle and he wouldn’t have me travel that far to be disappointed!! Well we were not disappointed!! When walking in, we were warmly greeted by Jill. She was amazing, so very friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. She took us out to show us the vehicle and it was awesome!! Their detailer had it spotless inside and out. Jerry was out of the office( it was a Saturday ) but Jill answered all of our questions and had all the paperwork ready when we arriv

Nice facility. Kind, sociable staff. Within an hour we left with a 2016 transit van for our family of ten and should have a 2021 Subaru by the end of the day tomorrow that they're going to drive out to us so we don't have to drive the hour and a half back to them with all the kids! Highly recommend giving them a try for the kindness alone.
