Jerry Ulm Collision helped me out of a difficult situation. I had some poor quality body work done by another shop after a hailstorm which left my car looking worse than before. I then brought it to Jerry Ulm to fix the mess and make my car look like a Jeep again. I expressed exactly what I was looking for and how I was looking for a shop that was going to complete the job correctly. Dave Zilly helped me by hearing all my concerns, explaining answers to all my questions, and ensuring the job was done right. Ken kept me well informed during the process. I had an excellent experience with this collision center. My car had been hit from the rear, and the trunk was completely damaged and basically unusable. I honestly didn’t think it would ever look the same again. The team did an outstanding job, especially Habib, who handled everything professionally from start to finish. He was honest, patient, and very clear in explaining the repair process. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations — my car now looks and feels just like it did on the first day. We live in New Jersey, but our daughter attends college in Florida. She was in a minor accident and needed to get her car fixed. I was calling other places in Tampa from NJ, but didn't feel comfortable with the service provided. Then I called Jerry Ulm and spoke with Juan Cruz. He and his staff handled everything including the insurance company, rental car and explained the repairs needed. They kept us informed the entire process via text, and her car was ready within two (2) weeks. We received first class service and can't thank you enough for providing said service.
