Initially, I had a very positive impression of Jerry and his garage. On my first visit, I explained my financial difficulties and my wish to repair my old car instead of buying a new one. Jerry was understanding and suggested a step-by-step repair plan, starting with the most urgent issues. What truly impressed me at the beginning was his honesty and flexibility. He even suggested that I purchase parts myself on Amazon to save money while he handled the labor. This level of transparency gave me real confidence in his work. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill after that. On a later visit, Jerry became less available, and his staff informed me that a part needed replacement. I dropped my car off July 29 to fix the ABS. It is September 3 and have gotten no updates. I have followed up twice and they said that they are “still working on it”. Horrible customer service.

I genuinely do not have the words to express my gratitude and love for Jerry and his shop. When I tell you that he is the most brilliant, HONEST, generous, and kind mechanic not only in all of Stamford but the entire country, I MEAN IT. Lexus quoted me over $1500 to fix a problem he took care of in literally 10 min and for less than $100. And it's not the first time. They've given me this service and experience consistently since I moved here. Mechanics are scam artists. If you want an honest, God-fearing, brilliant PHYSICIAN of your vehicle, come here. It's the hidden diamond in Stamford and I am so lucky to have found them.
