Just moved from Houston to New Braunfels and already found my mechanic for life. Jerry’s Automotive is top-tier. Super friendly, exceptional customer service, and Jerry is clearly on his game with his mechanic skills. You can tell he actually cares about the work and the people. The whole crew is the same vibe. Friendly, respectful, great communication, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. No pressure, no attitude, no confusion. Just solid service and good people. Hands down my go-to spot from now on. Jerry’s my place. Can’t wait to link up for fajita tacos and beers one day 🍻🌮😂 Highly recommend.

Had a "Intermittent Misfires" code (P0300 I think) on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler which I couldn't clear. I took it to a mechanic in Cibolo who quoted me $1800 to fix this. So after looking around, I saw the great reviews for Jerry's and decided to see what he would say. I got the repairs done $1000, and that includes more items than the first bid! Jerry's guys got the repair done very quickly and at a very fair price! I am impressed and will be visiting this mechanic in the future for sure!

I called to get my A/C charged, and got in right away. Jerry was friendly, professional, with fair pricing. One of the nicest guys you could meet. The bonus was customer appreciation day, with an offering a bowl of Pozole. I can personally recommend a visit to Jerry’s!

Jerry’s Automotive really came through for me when a power steering rack and pinion issue left me stranded on the side of the road. Jerry took the time to explain what was going on, got me taken care of quickly, and treated me with real honesty and respect the whole way through.
