Jerry's Body Shop — Auto Body Shop in Dorr, MI

I recommend Jerry's body shop, they were very friendly and polite. They kept me up on what was going on with my car. They also had my car done on time and had my car clean and looking good. Thank you everyone that worked on my car, you guys did an awesome job!

This place may have been five stars when Jerry owned it. But, it is not owned by Jerry's any longer and the work quality is unsatisfactory to say the least. Vehicle was returned to my wife and I with the crash lights still on and the scratches from the paint prep are visible under the paint. (The deep scratch marks are ridiculous) Not to mention that 177 miles were put on the vehicle and no engine work was performed, we were told it was because they had to diagnose the sensors for the crash lights, but again, we recieved it back with the crash lights left on (They continue to remain on and it has been two days). We also brought them a vehicle with a full tank of fuel only to get it back with a third of a tank. Lots of frustration with this, considering that we gave our business to a sm

We have always had great experiences with Jerrys. They have always been helpful and really work hard to make the experience as good as it can when generally the reason you are at the body shop is not pleasant. I am thankful for all the hard work they put in.

EDIT: Was told the painter that has worked for Jerry bought it and his wife worked in the office. Attached photo of the very nice email she sent. Did body work on my truck had the worse customer service with the owners wife. Would call and/or email for updates after they said 4 to 6 weeks(would not call daily at most twice in one week AFTER The 6 weeks). The Owners wife said after 7 plus weeks of my truck being there that it takes time and im free to come and watch and it might take another month or more now. her own employe called and apologized on how she acted. They had my truck for a total of 9 weeks. Have had multiple vehicles done here when Jerry was still around and did a great job. I wish I knew about the horrible new owners I would of taken my vehicle elsewhere. I feel

Jerry’s attention to customer service is amazing. My car needed side detection sensors replaced and they did the job. They always go above and beyond for the customer. Highly recommend.
