I like the location because its close to home but the total cost for my repair was $2000 and $1500 of that cost was for labor. I feel as if that was entirely too much

My experience was awful! I had a 11a appointment and at 1:45p my truck still wasn't done. I told Lauren I had an appointment elsewhere and to bypass the car wash as I had been sitting there for 3hrs for an oil change. Her response was that of I was bothering her, only to wait 20 more minutes. Once I got my truck no apology, no good day, no nothing as if I'd done something wrong!!! Unprofessional

Had my six month service today and everything went so smooth. Was quick and as usual was a pleasure to deal with Brandon my service advisor who is always smiling!!!!!

My experience with Jerry’s Chevrolet In Parkville was good. My personal care consultant Brennan always explains the process and the outcome of my visit. My truck was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Car wash was closed due to the weather. Overall good job!! Thank you!

Had a terrible experience at Jerry's. Took my car (that was bought there) for a broken window that would not go up or down. Took it in on a Wed. and was told that they had to see if it was covered by the warranty .I did not hear anything from them until I called on Friday. They still had not confirmed . I called again on Monday, after that call it was confirmed that it was covered. They said they had to order the parts. Took 5 days for the parts to come in. Although I was told a day or two. So it took 2 weeks for them to "fix" the window., only to get it home to find it NOT working!!! Had to return it for another day of service. This is not acceptable.
