When I was trying to decide on whether to purchase the 2020 Blazer, I entered questions on the comment page on their website, but no one responded back to me. There were several correspondence delays via phone & e-mail, where I did not get a response within 1-2 hours. When I did purchase the vehicle, I was told that the scratch on the front bumper would be repaired, but the paint job was terrible, therefore, I feel there should have been a deduction in the price of the "new" vehicle. I was told that the gas tank would be full, but it was 3 gallons from full, plus the windshield washer fluid was only 2/3 full.
