I had a great experience getting my oil changed with Jim! I showed up an hour late due to a mix-up on my end, but Jim was incredibly kind and still made time to fit me in. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Totally worth the extra drive out to Lennox — I’ll be coming back here for all my car’s needs. Highly recommend!

Love every experience I have had at Jerry’s in Lennox! I had my oil changed today and tires rotated. I appreciate that they always check out the rest of my car to make sure everything is ok so that I don't have to ask or be concerned! I was also made aware that I will need new break pads next oil change. All the service guys are very accommodating and don’t beat around the bush when it comes to explaining issues and or preventative maintenance on your vehicle.

Really appreciate Jerry’s. I’ve gone there several times. They have been accurate and timely with the repairs, good in communication, and friendly on the pocket book. Shop local, go to Jerry’s!!

I had my oil changed today. I appreciate that they always check out the rest of my car to make sure everything is ok so that I don't have to ask or be concerned about it. Today they also rotated my tires and gave me an update on the condition of the brakes on my car.

I worked with Steve and he was awesome!! I had a problem with new camper I bought in MN and the refrigerator didn’t work properly. I called other camper dealers in Sioux Falls and they basically told me they don’t do warranty work on campers they didn’t sell. Steve told me to bring it to Jerry’s and he would help figure it out. He figured out the fridge was junk and worked with corporate office to get a new refrigerator under warranty for me. He could have been like the other dealers but he went over and above to help a stranger out. It is much appreciated and I recommend Jerry’s and of course Steve. Thanks!!!Mark G
