My first experience with them i has scheduled 3 weeks ahead of time when they were fully open and i was first in line... they told me it would be done by lunch, but on that day, i brought it in at 8am and by 10 i called in and they said they were finishing up some tires and that mine was next... then i called at 12:46 and they said they were finishing up another set of tires and that it was gonna be looked at soon, but i told them i was already supposed to be at work and that i needed my car and that it was already supposed to be done... they asked me to come in the next day and i said fine, but that i needed to be at work by 10am... so i brought it in at 8am again and this time i didn't get my car until 10 am and sadly it takes 23 minutes to get to work, so once again i was late to work..

Best auto repair shops within 100 mile radius. Affordable compare to others and professional. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

First time customer here. In a previous life, I was a ASE certified Auto Technician, so I have a hard time bringing my vehicle in for service, difficulty trusting other auto technicians, and I expect high quality service. I double check all work. Brought my van into Jerry's because local folks stay it is a good place. I had them perform a transmission flush and service / filter replacement as normal maintenance because I no longer have the special tools and time to do it myself. All is good, A+ and the cost for the work performed was very acceptable. Thanks guys!
