Jes Omega tires

We had our own tires that we needed mounted and balanced. We also needed sensor valves replaced. Juan came highly recommended by a family member. The price was wasn’t bad, wasn’t great. We got the vehicle back from day one the car became wobbly once the vehicle hit 45mph. They told us to bring the vehicle back in but we lost trust in them to do the right thing. They also never replaced the sensors because didn’t have the right equipment to calibrate them after they were installed. Fast forward a few months….as I’m detailing the wheels I noticed a lug nut completely missing from the front passenger wheel. This motivated me to go around and inspect each wheel. I came in on Monday for a new tire but they did not have one in stock so settled for a used one since I needed a tire asap. I was told by Juan Santiago there was a 1 week warranty on the used tire. Tuesday the tire pressure had went down to 24. I stopped at the gas station to put air in it. Wednesday morning pressure back down to 24. I drive back up to the tire shop so they can honor the warranty. They tell me because it's a small nail they're charging me $20. When I complained they said they'll charge $13. I still complained but at this point just fix my freaking tire. Like what's the purpose of the warranty?? Whose to say the nail wasn't in there when you put it on my car?? This is a very good place to do your tires I was a couple weeks ago doing my car and they take care of me very well! Thanks to the gentleman Juan he was friendly and very friendly with his staff. Price are very affordable compared to other places

Best New and used tire shop around. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They are also open til 8 pm which is later than others in the area with a large selection of new and used tires. I recommend this shop to anyone needing tires.
