Update: I ended up taking my vehicle to a dealership and there was nothing wrong with my suspension, (front struts, back struts, and sensor were all in working order) it was an electrical issue. It cost less than $900 to fix. Do with that info what you will. Initial customer service was exceptional. I took my car in for an inspection on 12/18/25 and got it back the same day. Owner was very nice and thorough, he provided updates as he was assessing my vehicle. He spent a lot of time and thought should have charged more than $120 but did not. The quote for my suspension system was around $4,300 and I asked if there’s anything he could do and he said he’ll do some research and try to knock off a couple of hundred dollars. I have a 2005 Silverado that is my pride and joy, owned it since 2009. After 230,000 my transmission went out in 2020.
