I had an excellent experience at Jesse’s Garage, especially working with Billy. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and efficient. Billy took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, walked me through the recommended repairs, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made. The work was completed on time, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. What really stood out was Billy’s friendly attitude and genuine commitment to great customer service. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customers having a positive experience. This was my first visit to Jessie's Garage. I had a minor problem with the rearview mirror in both my MINIs. I arrived as schedule, was met by Billy, who took my car in immediately. Technician Matt fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes and gave me time to bring in my other MINI for the same repair, which he fixed just as fast. These guys were great. The service was stellar. And the shop was more than generous regarding pricing for these two repairs. For a first visit to this local garage I couldn't be more surprised and pleased by their courtesy and professionalism. Great guys. Mechanics you can trust. And very fair pricing.
