I brought a 2010 Chrysler Sebring last Monday( 2/23/26). Called that same day because I shut the car off and it wouldn't start ended up jump starting it took it back the next day and the they replaced the crankshaft sensor. Yesterday I replaced the battery and got the oil changed. Today the engine blew. Called the place that did my oil and they told me that when they drained the old oil it was think and clear. So I called Jets and was told that it didn't need an oil change cause they just did one. I told them that the oil change came on and it said oil change. So I got one done. They refused to do anything and told me that I brought it as is. 3089 dollars shot. (That's with tax and title.). Never ever have I ever brought a car and it take a shit in a week. I don't even have the title yet

Never EVER in my 14 years of driving/buying cars would I have ever thought I would give a car dealer a 5 star review. But today that changes. The owner Chucky is one of the most trust worthy, honest, fair car salesman I’ve ever met in my entire life. Words cannot explain the way this man has helped me get into a beautiful car with absolutely 0 issues. No dealership would take my money because I had a bad past but Chucky took a shot on me and it was the best thing to happen to me in a long time. If I could give this man more than 5 stars I definitely would. 100/10 recommend

This place is amazing! Don't let the location or appearance turn you away, I've been going to Jet for about 4 years now and WOW are the good and so affordable! They will absolutely try and help in any situation they can and the workmanship is second to NONE! HIGHLY recommend Jet Automotive on Galena Street. Domestic, foreign it dosnt matter. UPDATE… paid them 1597.00 we bought all the parts ourselves, which was about $1000 barely made it home yesterday from work and today it won’t even start. I think long and hard before you use this company. If I could give a zero, I would! They had my son‘s car for three weeks. It runs worse now than it did before they had it. George, that works there told my son to buy new intake Gaskets so that they could replace them because they needed it. My son who works at an automotive store bought the side part. They never put it on the car. After paying $1500 for a repair, The car now runs worse than it did when we took it to them. I’m assuming the owner is who I’ve been texting but literally has acted like your son didn’t want it fixed. He just told us to do this stuff which is a lie. I have proo

Jets Automotive Did a great job fixing my truck today. The found me a finder the same exact color of my car and gave me 4 new tires at a reasonable price. They also travel for parts. Besides the professional experience they are very down to earth, the care more for your car then money, which is hard to find. They make my soul smile knowing that when they're done, your car will function to it's best potential. Thank You Chucky and Crew. Keep up the great work.
