Jet Brite Car Wash – Addison, IL Prompt and efficient service with great prices. Even when the car wash was full, the process was fast and well organized. The downside is the lack of an on-site office or facilities to resolve issues, and the manager’s attitude could be more professional. Overall, a good wash experience, but customer support needs improvement.

i was there 02/21/2026 to get my suv washed and manger while cleaning wall dropped cleaning broom on my car and scratched the passenger side door and front panel and manger was rude and saying nothing happened and said to me broom never fell but when he looked the video he said it fell but did not hit my suv i have to involve addison police i am coming there before my kids born previous owner were very professional but this new management is con and no way to call them because that’s the company that doesn’t exist cause when i asked the manager the smart kid doesn’t know how to handle customer problems not very professional company cause someone don’t live in usa but owned a company how these thing works no idea and what direction america is going i only can say god bless america and i w

I went to go get my car washed today and they had the entrance blocked off with cones due to the amount of cars.. I get that. But when I pulled up , there was not that many in the line and it wasn’t even close to the street and they waved me past.. I had to go all the way down and turn around to go back home. When I passed it one minute later going home they let like 10 cars in.. that is just annoying and rude. I pay for a membership and should be able to get my car washed without being sent away.

Maria(Spanish specs lady), the manager was very unprofessional and won’t allow me to wash my car again because while vacuuming in their facility snow fell on my car from their washing shades and it is in my back seat door was open at that moment I buy their $40.00 monthly pass and she simply said no to me because of I had washed my car already. Very dissatisfying service and I won’t wash my car again here. Thanks Jet Brite for your kind rude service.
