Jetz III Car Wash

I put the money in and grabbed the sprayer to find a large hole in the hose. It hurt my hand that and soaked me. My phone in my pocket is now dead, and I have a bubble on my finger. No one to contact to tell their faulty equipment not only hurt me but also ruined my personal property. My hand hurts because of the high-pressure water coming out of the side of hose not the nozzle. I have washed my car there before many times, but this was ridiculous.

I was locked in the automated wash for 4 mins. They stole my money twice. Today after the automated wash locked me in and took my $12 I went to the change machine and it took my $10 bill but only gave me $1.50 in quarters. To say that I'm furious is an understatement. No contact info at the site. The next time I see someone there emptying the garbage I'm confronting them for my refund of $21.50. I'm also going to file a BBB complaint and speak to Michelle Bannon, the Mayor of Carbondale about the lack of contact information for the business. This has gone far enough.

This is now the second time I’ve tried to use this facility. I paid for my car wash. It accepted my money $12 for the second time in the last six weeks and the door never opened and never received my car wash and there is also no way to get a hold of anyone from this location to get a refund. Please do not use this place. It is a scan.

I put a $20 bill in the soft cloth automatic bay for a $12 wash and no change was given. It dosnt say exact change anywhere. 😞

We just paid $11 for the drive-thru brush wash. The wash started, ran about 30 seconds, sprayed soap all over the vehicle, and then stopped completely, and the door opened. The wash never finished scrubbing or rinsing our vehicle and there are no phone numbers anywhere to contact the owners or managers to complain, notify of the problem, and tp request a refund. We drove home with soap all over the entire vehicle and had to wash it by hand at home after paying $11 for the automatic wash.
