Poor customer service. The tire that I bought was now leaking from the valve stem. The lady at the front was nasty when I questioned her pricing after she made claims her parts were not aftermarket? Well, aftermarket means OEM. They are not using OEM parts. Then all of the workers were calling me cheap and that I didn’t know anything about cars. Well, first off, yes I’m being cheap. I’m at a used tire shop getting a spare tire for my work van. Secondly, when I made that comment, the lady said, “these aren’t just ordinary used tires”. Really? The last time I checked, they’re all used? More importantly, if I didn’t check the tire, they were trying to sell me a tire with an hole in and it had about 4/32” tread remaining. They did an excellent job on my car, both mechanically and with the tire change. Everything was very professional, and the customer service from their employees was great. I felt well taken care of, and the work was very well done. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, JF Tires.

"IF YOU NEED TIRES OR ANY OTHER SERVICES TELL THEM I TOLD YOU STOP BYE". I PROMISE YOU YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Great honest place to buy tires. The prices are unbelievable. " TELL VLADIMIR THAT DARRELL SENT YOU BYE". I paid $300 dollar for two front tires 245/40 19, & two back tires 275/35 19 Continental tires. Tread was 90% on all tires which is almost brand new tires. 1 front tire new cost $350-$400 $ 1 back tire cost $500-$600 brand new. Do the math now I've saved $1500.
