Outstanding service from start to finish. Excellent and respectful people! The technicians worked efficiently, quick installation, smooth, and at a very reasonable price. I sometimes drive 4 hours from Western Illinois University💛💜 and always stop by this tire shop. They complete the repair much faster than I anticipate. What stood out most was their professionalism and integrity. They ensure my tires are properly in great condition and safe to drive. I have stopped by this shop for over 2 years and have never had a problem on the road. It’s rare to find a shop that combines efficiency, fair pricing, and genuine customer care. I was given a service and told to come back next day. This literally page says they are open Tuesdays until 7. I am here. It is 4.11pm. The gate is locked. It sucks to be told something completely opposite when Its only the next day. I feel like I should been told "hey, come back but tomorrow we're close" or "tomorrow we close early" or SOMETHING but this is so rude. I spent money here and thought I could trust being told to come back! Now I literally cant take my kids to school or get to work in the morning.

I gave 4 stars because they were very nice people and the used tires look almost brand new! This was my second time purchasing a used tire from this business. First time I went, it was pretty busy, they were servicing multiple cars and I was quoted $50 for the tire. On my second visit, there were two guys sitting not looking very busy and a lady sitting that handled the cash and inventory I’m assuming. I pulled up as I did before and advised I needed a replacement tire. I said it’s $50 right? The gentleman spoke in Spanish to the other guy and the price increased to $70! I said I was just here a few months ago and it was $50! Now I know inflation happens, but I’m thinking they inflated the price because business was slow that day. I paid what was requested but I like CONSISTENCY! So just

He was so helpful, patient, and kind because I had three tires that needed to be fixed and he did it in a timely manner too.

Everybody experience is different, mine wasn't pleasant ill just say before u leave check the thread depth of those tires, and make sure Ur wheels Nd lug nuts are on correctly I was left with 2 loose wheels Nd sent a video saying he watched the camera and seen his worker do it tightly...so I guess I loosened up my tires myself putting my own life in danger smh NEVER AGAIN
