When I called them in the middle of the night (when noone responded) they gave me a 45 minute wait time which I thought would be a automatic 2 hour wait. They showed up within 25 minutes. I have an all wheel drive car which most people don't want to tow or wanted to charge me tons of money. They were extremely fare with the price. Great customer service and super fast response time in the middle of the night. Recommend to anyone.
