I always feel good about my oil change at this Jiffy Lube. The techs are friendly, professional and helpful. I have a Benz out of warranty and this is the first time outside the dealership getting an oil change. One con they did not have my filters. Y’all need to work on that. However, It was convenient and they answered my questions to make sure they will use the right oil for my SUZ. They assured me and showed me the oil. Keep up the customer service guys!
I’ve been coming here for years. I Went in for my routine oil change and it went great. They did a fast and fantastic job. I absolutely trust these guys with my car everytime.
It’s frustrating how Jiffy Lube handles arrivals. You’re told to wait behind a random service bay with no visibility into how long each car has been there or how long service will take. There’s no clear queue or order. As a result, you can wait behind one bay while another car pulls in next to you and gets serviced first, even though you arrived earlier. It feels arbitrary and inefficient. I would much rather be able to make an appointment or at least see estimated wait times so I can plan accordingly and know what to expect.
I was scammed. I paid for a premium oil change and was promised Castrol—even shown a picture of the brand by the technician, who stated verbally, “You’re getting Castrol, the best.” Instead, they filled my engine with Duramax, a budget oil that should not go into a 2006 Mercedes E350. At the very least, Mobil 1 should have been used—but I was misled and charged for the top-tier option. Worse, the oil leaked from my engine immediately after service because the technician failed to properly secure the oil filler cap. A quick burst of white smoke blew from my exhaust, and oil drained as RPMs increased. This is basic negligence. To cover their tracks, they added a false comment on the invoice claiming “oil was burning from the engine prior to visit.” That’s simply not true. My oil hadn’t bee
Attempted an oil change today. First I luckily walked back to ask what oil would be used when the Expedition was pulled in. Tech told me synthetic which I said no I want conventional oil. Synthetic is double the cost. Second red flag was being told there was a $15 charge to remove a shield to access the drain plug. I’ve never been charged for that. Needless to say I said no thanks and skipped the oil change. Not claiming fraud but just seemed shady. Won’t be back.
