Standard service in and out along with knowledge and understanding about your vehicle. But what I didn't get was understanding about not wanting the extra services that he offered. I was told that I couldn't use the store coupon unless I got a high mileage oil change and that was after they had dropped my oil. Then I was charged for an extra quart of oil without him asking me, total of 6 quarts conventional oil. No windows were cleaned, tire pressure checked nor was liquids topped off not even a sticker for the windshield.

I would like to commend the technicians at Jiffy Lube for their exceptional customer service. They replaced my right turn signal promptly and were very patient in explaining the process. Their welcoming attitude and efficiency made for a seamless visit. I highly recommend this location."

I get my oil changed at this location, they are courteous and professional. They change the oil, they check and tap off the other fluids, they wash your windows and check the tire pressure. They also let you know if the filter(s) needs to be changed. And they are reasonably priced. They actually do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

When I drove up to Jiffy Lube. The technician greeted me with a smile. He asked what services did I need? I told him and he did exactly what I asked for. He also informed me of other services that the car needs. He let me know that and they can provide it.
