Jiffy Lube

Customer service was great but I thought it was too expensive, also was charged for the use of shop tools. A $101 oil change and topped off my coolant ended up to $175. I can this done at my local mechanic shop for almost $100 cheaper. I was told before hand what the cost was but I needed a oil change then, I paid the bill and left with know intentions of returning. Thank you!

The quality of service is just not worth the price of an oil change here anymore. The workers in the bay area seem extremely spaced out and unmotivated to work. I've been frequenting this location for over 15 years and this new crew is a step down. There's no communication with the customers if they find an issue that the customer needs to be aware of. My receipt said I have an oil leak which I wasn't aware of but why not verbally communicate that to the customer. This location reminds me of a backyard shop now and I doubt I'll return.

The Jiffy Lubb team were awesome. Miss Peggy Mr. William and Mr. Lee were awesome. Gave me great service. The Jiffy Lubb experience I had was exquisite keep it up guys.

Got me in and out within 30 minutes. Was very informative about everything and had all positive attitudes. Would highly recommend!

Very friendly polite team. Got my oil changed in a timely manner. I have been going to this location for years and will continue to do so.
