It was easy and efficient. Got my VF9 inspection in 30 minutes. No appointment. Just drive-through. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Thank you.

This was my first time at the Central Ave location, as the Delmar Jiffy Lube has now closed. I went for an oil change and torn wiper replacement. Brianna did an excellent job describing the service and explaining my options. Brianna was extremely knowledgeable, which I appreciated, as it has informed me for future maintenance.

Got here at around 12:30. Finally got my car in at 1:35-1:40. Waited an hour for my car just for the oil change. Plus the additional wait time before my car. Not to mention the cars before me were only getting inspections that also took an hour. They also did not move cars out until all bays were ready, so your car might be complete but you will sit here until the other cars are also complete. Would not come back to this location. Very inefficient. Not to mention they didn’t even reset my oil service, so my car keeps saying i need an oil change. So thats cool.

Jiffy Lube on Central Avenue was quite crowded today. I thought the staff moved them through very briskly and were very cordial and let me know everything I needed to know about my car and inspection from the young woman at front desk to the folks in the garage. Just a terrific job. ! All involved at this establishment were very professional and excellent at what they do

The cashier, Nicole, should get a raise! She was VERY pleasant, accommodating, and helpful. She showed kindness to every customer. The work was completed quickly.
