Jiffy Lube

I’m so grateful for the service I get when I take my jeep to the Tollgate Road location. The customer service I receive is amazing, I’ve been using Jiffy Lube’s service quite some time now and I am satisfied after each visit. Thank you Jiffy Lube for keeping my jeep nice and healthy!!! ❤️

Had a oil change done. The serpentine belt was also taken care by John and other worker. Great service. The shop was very cold for the workers. Everyone was so professional even due to the extreme cold conditions. Thank you. Great job.

Poor service from head manager. Subordinates were friendly and apologetic for the managers unwillingness to complete an oil change. There were zero other cars and customers. The manager refused to complete my oil change despite being informed that two other jiffy lube locations did it with a smile. His issue was he did want to remove two clamps from the air intake in order to gain easy access to the oil filter. There is also easy access to the oil filter from the under side of my truck. This head manager was lazy, rude, and turned me away even after I explained how the other locations were able to easily accommodate. I really can’t believe that someone with such poor customer service skills is placed in a position to be the face of the company and the leader of a crew.

I have been coming to the Bel Air Joffy Lube for as long as I can remember. Today I was reminded exactly why. Ian and John are exactly what this company should always strive to be- accountable and friendly. I am always met with a smiling face and am always happy to keep coming.

The absolute worst. There were about 7-9 worthless men working. I needed an oil change on my 95 tahoe. They refused to do it right away because of a small leak I have. The vehicle is 30yrs old & this issue is normal. Needless to say I took my vehicle to a different location of jiffy lube and the job was completed within 20mins. Lazy men at this location.
