General manager, Mike (with the beard) was great at this location. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was never pushy and gave me all the information I needed to help preserve my car for as long as possible. He was great and his service was quick and excellent. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!!!

I waited about 4 months to write this review because I don’t really know how much an oil change should be. The more I see and the more people I talk to just an oil change for 123 dollars is not reasonable or warranted at all. I went to Jiffy Lube for what should have been a basic oil change and walked out $123 poorer. I explicitly stressed multiple times that I know nothing about cars and that I ONLY wanted an oil change and nothing else. Somehow, despite clearly stating that over and over, they went ahead and replaced my oil filter and windshield wipers anyway. This felt incredibly predatory. When someone tells you they don’t understand cars and asks for one simple service, that should not be treated as an opportunity to upsell and tack on extras they didn’t ask for. Mike at Jiffy Lube was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, made sure my questions were answered, and kept the service moving efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real attention to detail, but Mike definitely does. Because of him, this was a smooth and stress-free experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location — ask for Mike!

All 3 of the gentlemen working were friendly and polite. I spoke to Mike with the beard, and he took my information and gave me an estimate before they started my oil change. I asked if I could use a coupon I saw online for $15 off my service, and Mike checked it out and said he could apply it for me. They did a great job, and I will be coming back for my next oil change.
