Jiffy Lube

I specifically asked the tech to confirm that all clips and metric bolts were reinstalled on my skid plate. When I got home and checked, half of the clips and all of the metric bolts that secure the skid plate were missing. I had just installed a brand-new skid plate at my local dealership and verified beforehand that all fasteners were present prior to the oil change. Because the tech did not reinstall them as directed, I had to go purchase replacement hardware myself.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today! The oil change was quick and efficient, as always, with friendly staff who made the process smooth and stress-free. Afterward, I decided to get a car wash, and it was the perfect way to wrap things up. The gentleman manning the car wash station today went above and beyond with his customer service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find such superb customer service, and it really made my day. My car looks fantastic, and I left feeling genuinely appreciated as a customer. Thanks, Jiffy Lube team and the awesome car wash attendant—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

Before I forget I wanted to write a review for this place, but I need to add the 2 names later that helped me. These guys rock. I was in trouble, and on my way to the airport when my car started having some issues. I know jiffy lube isn't a mechanic shop but these guys were super knowledgeable and were over the top helpful and nice. They really went out of their way to help me Get back on the road and catch my flight for a family vacation. I owe all the fun we had to them, because I would have been lost and late. Thanks guys, you honestly were super hero's that day and I can tell you enjoy what you do. Your knowledge is unmatched and you deserve more than just a review!

Gave me $10 off for my first visit, & a free Bronze wash at Mr. Clean across the way. Gave me advice on where to go for other issues on my truck that they could have technically “fixed”, but they didn’t want to skimp. The people that are here currently are good people. Would recommend.

Just got our oil changed and a few service details on our Lincoln. This place has really stepped up. It is cleaner and definitely under new management. Our questions were answered, and our price was fair. Knowledgeable technician - that is rare is these quick lube places. We will definitely be back!
