Jiffy Lube

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today thanks to Demetrius. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick and efficient, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back!

I like going to this JiffyLube! Been there a couple of times and it's a true little "hole in the wall" but the workers are cool, funny and have even told me when I "didn't" need something, such as replacing a filter or even a windshield wiper that was still in good condition. They also told me they could see that I take good care of my car! Kudos to them - even in this freezing winter weather!

My online Estimate prior to going there was $95 and then when I get there, they charge me a whole $30 more. The supervisor on duty was smug however, the workers that did my actual oil change were very cordial and professional. I will not be going back there or to any Jiffy Lube going forward. What’s the sense of getting an online estimate and then be deceased when you get there and they charge you more

Was told my oil change was $69 in the office ,pulled in and he said $93 because my mileage is 150,000. Asked my male friend about it later and he said they ripped me off , i even left a $8 tip. Oh , they also was done in less than 5 mins 🤦🏾‍♀️ I asked how so fast , he laughed lol it’s crazy out here mannnnn

Very professional and kind to me. Service went fast I have nothing but good things to say. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.
