Jiffy Lube

Coby was amazing, his customer service on the phone prior to my appointment was already ten stars, but when I arrived for a quick inspection he met me at my car, told me I could wait in my car and the inspection would be quick. He was very professional and nice! He was quick and his service was great. He also informed me about free services that I can take advantage of in the future being an Uber driver which I had no clue about, as well as 15 percent off all services on top of that just for being a customer. He was the best!! Highly recommend.

I stopped by Jiffy Lube last year, and the service I got from Coby James really stood out. He was polite, professional, and made sure everything was done right the first time. Coby went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was being done to my car and that I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who takes their job seriously and treats customers with real respect — but Coby does exactly that. He represents Jiffy Lube the right way. I’ll definitely be back because of the great service he provided!

I came to jiffy lube for them to switch out one of my headlights and they did it quickly and for free, and were so sweet about it! I had been struggling to do it myself for days because of a corroded part attached to the lightbulb and they both explained it to me and made sure to get all the right tools to do it themself.

Stopped in for a diesel filter change and they recognized my air filter was in terrible shape. My oil has been changed several times and it seems as if those places didn’t even check. Thanks for the attention to detail.

I arrived at 1:20. There were two cars already in the bays. I was told it would take 30 minutes to get me in. It took 45. And then another 30 minutes to change the oil. 80 minutes for an oil change. Ridiculous.
