A gentleman named Tyler works here. I’ve never met a More professional or cordial Technician. I will absolutely be back and I couldn’t be happier leaving this review. 5 stars
Came in for an oil change and stayed in my car. The services I got were good I have no complaints about the service. But the manager was talking to a female employee about pulling another work van into the garage, she didn’t know which one (bc there were 2). When she asked “behind bay 1 or 2?” the manager kept saying “the work van” and not answering the girls question. I don’t like his tone, he was very condescending and argumentative to her. She deserves an apology.
They are the best i bring my Audi Q5 to them all the time and always come out fast i have no issues coming to jiffy lube ever and thats a fact they are great people and a great company i recommend them
I'm not sure why this place has only a 4 star rating. These guys are awesome. Great service and amazing staff that is really friendly. Definitely will be returning in the future.
Pat takes the time with you. No BS. He let's you know what you need and dont need. Excellent customer service all around! Jiffy Lube definitely runs better under the most recent management!
