Quick, easy, and convenient. Yes, it’s more expensive than doing it yourself or going to most garages, but the time and convenience were worth it. Not having to get out of the car is a big plus. The staff was top-notch — friendly, efficient, and honest. I had a coupon from their website, and they actually applied a better one that saved me more money. No pressure to upsell, just a couple straightforward recommendations. In and out in about 20 minutes. I wish I had their names to acknowledge here. Will not hesitate to use this location again when I need a quick oil change.

Absolutely love the staff at this location on Battlefield Blvd. So Friendly and Welcoming. They Give you all the info upfront no hidden charges. I was there on 3-4-26 and I wish I would have gotten all the names so the can all be recognized. Kudos to your staff in Chesapeake VA.

Brought another vehicle to the best shop around. Shannon and the 3 gentlemen there treated me and my car the best! This is a hard to find team, people who go the extra mile and aren't trying to rip you off. VERY SAD to hear Shannon is leaving this store. I hope I can follow him to his new location because I don't trust anyone else. PLEASE LET HIM STAY!!!

We pulled up at 5:45 (they close at 6) thinking they would turn us away because no one could possibly get an oil change done that quickly! We were wrong. They brought us straight into the bay and got to work. Everyone was friendly and professional. The oil change was just a basic oil change and no one tried to “upsell” us for anything extra. They did run diagnostics on my 20 year old minivan and told us a few things that may need attention, but didn’t try to pressure us to do it there. I was very pleased with the excellent experience we had! I will definitely be back in a few thousand miles!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. The guys were courteous and quick, didn’t try to upsell me, and they gave me a free car wash. It was a good value for my money. I would definitely go back.
