Worst experience...greater was rude didn't listen to anything i asked for or what i said I wanted done to my jeep. Questioned me why I was even changing my oil at 3k miles while my jeep said 68% oil life yet. I asked to not remove my air filter because it was a k&n...did it anyway. Wanted a different weight oil only did what cap said. Cost me $130 for mobile 1 oil when take 5 in michigan city was $88 for the same service and they actually care for my jeep and listen to me...never again.

Had not been to a Jiffy Lube in years. This location will have me coming back. Straight forward analysis of my car and what services i need now and what can wait and other options. Did not feel like i was being talked down to or taken advantage of! 👍

Absolutely insane service. Overcharge, don’t disclose price until after they finish. Make u leave your auto for a quick change and then drive it in for you. Leaves you out of the loop until after they complete everything. No discussion. Manager can’t even answer a straight up question. He is a hustler that thinks your own car is none of your business. Even when I asked they didn’t me know pricing.

Went in for a simple synthetic oil change. Was told my transmission fluid was low and it would be $99 to get it done and I agreed. I was then told it would be $149.99 after it was already done. Bad way to do business, never coming back. Also never reset my oil change monitor in my car but luckily I have a brain and can do that myself.

Truly a great experience every time I visit the Jiffy Lube in Chesterton, IN. The manager is the ultimate professional and explains their work down to the finest detail. Always a pleasure to visit my hometown Jiffy Lube.
