I went for an oil change. I got my oil changed. They put fluid for my wipers and they check my tires and The air on the tires weren’t even and they fixed it for me, customer service was great. I thank you for your service highly Recommend Jiffy Lube in Chicopee memorial Drive
I go here for every oil change and Im always glad I do. The last time I went, I let them know I was on a specific budget and they worked with me to stay in the budget and make the most of it. They went above and beyond in this regard, understanding that I could only do what was necessary and didn't want to be upsold. They also let me know my battery would soon need to be replaced and even looked up the model so I know exactly what to look for even when I wasn't able to do it there and then. Great experience!
Amazing service! They went above and beyond and helped me when I was in a pinch and needed an emergency battery replacement. Nearly instant service! Awesome folks here, Especially Carlos, who helped me out! Highly recommend this location.
Joseph, Justin and Nathan were very respectful and helpful gentlemen. They were polite and did a great job. I'd happily come here again with this level of customer service. Thanks guys.
