The customer service I received was outstanding. Although I can't recall the name of the representative, his professionalism and extensive knowledge left a lasting impression on me. He was not only polite but also genuinely eager to assist, which made my experience even better. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here in the future, as the quality of service is well worth the price.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Jiffy Lube #361 – Riverside Drive, Chino, CA Very disappointing experience and the only time a Jiffy Lube oil change has genuinely concerned me. I normally go to Jiffy Lube #1200 on Gary Ave in Pomona, where Alberto, Juan, and Edwin consistently provide professional, transparent service. This Chino location was nothing like that. The employee who assisted me, Kevin, was dismissive and unclear during a coupon issue that originated from Jiffy Lube’s own website. He was able to find the coupon himself but made no effort to help resolve it and instead treated it as entirely the customer’s problem. What concerned me most was the speed of the oil change. I got fast service without an appointment, in and out in 15 minutes for an oil change. I was really impressed when the technician didn't try to upsell me on filters and hoses I don't need. They run a tight ship here and it's a very convenient location.

this place has been doing such bad job that the past 3x I have been going here they havent changed my oil filter I thought they were doing it untill i noticed yesterday when i tried to do my own oil change that the filter is stuck on the housing and it's still the OEM filter they have been lieing and taking advantage of people so be careful when you guys go to this jiffy lube they dont care what happens to your car as long they get paid. I called the manager about this problem he said he doesnt care that if I wanted it fix to pay for another oil change. wow worst manager ever didnt even try to apologize or accommodate anything because he donest want to accept the truth that his crew plus him self aren't taking the proper steps to do their job..

I just got my oil changed a few minutes ago and I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went. Although the oil change was quick less than 15 minutes. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever received at any Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to Johnny was the person that serviced my vehicle. It seems like he did not want to be at work and he had a very bad attitude I almost left before I even have a chance for the oil change based off of how she was responding. There are many Jiffy Lube’s in the The area that I can go to definitely will not be returning!
