Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube is a great company - I’ve never had a bad experience at any of them, but I will tell you this location is truly special. Everyone who is on staff there is friendly and professional - this last visit I got a quote on some non- engine related issues (struts, shocks) and the gentleman who gave me the quote went above and beyond with explaining what was going on, doing a quick test drive, everything. Never have been there more than about 30 minutes and great, quality work every time for truly affordable prices. 10/10 definitely my go to place in town.

This jiffy lube is definitely the best I've ever been to. The mechanics and clerks were friendly, clear, and concise on what I wanted done. Not only did they take care of my oil change they went above and beyond by vacuuming my floors, taking care of my tire pressure, topping off fluids, and giving me a full detailed report of what I needed done to keep my vehicle running well with no pressure. 11/10 this place is going to be my go to from now on whenever I need work done to my vehicle.

They do great work but first come first serve is supposed to be their motto and not all the technicians abide by that. I came early and waited in line like everyone else. I was told I was third car to be serviced as 4 more cars pulled up behind me. I let the technician know that no one had taken my keys and I was third in line and he just left my keys on the counter and told the female technician to pull another person’s car around after I had already been waiting for 45 minutes. I didn’t say another word. Took my keys off the counter and drove to Sinclair’s on 96th street. I’m currently sitting in a bay being serviced as I type this message. Jiffy Lube do better in the future or at the carry least be fair. I have a sick two year old at home and I’m just trying to get this done so I can ge

Always enjoy going here when I don’t have the time (or motivation) to do it myself. My car has a lot of “quirks” but these guys are always super helpful and go above and beyond. They’ve become a new go to for me these last few months

Fast, friendly service! The manager Terry is always polite, courteous, timely and ensures you are aware of any and all vehicle maintenance that needs to be done. Staff is well trained and it shows! Thank you for all you do!
