Jiffy Lube

My service was absolutely top tier. Daryll and his team made sure that I was all set. He made sure that all items replaced were shown to me before putting them in my car. In addition, he explained everything that he was doing and recommended services for my car. I would definitely recommend getting your oil change and service completed here off of Silver Hill rd.

I've been to this location a few times and they're usually quick. They show my filters and make me aware of recommended services even when they recognize me. The coupons really do come in handy when the price increases and it's cheaper than the dealer. Sometimes I get the full signature service and other times a few steps are forgotten, but overall they keep my business. Their service really has gotten better over the years and I haven't seen anyone eating or lollygaggung in quite some time.

My technicians are always GREAT! I have really never had a bad experience at my Jiffy Lube. But today I had the young lady in the last bay on the right and she was wonderful! Fast, attentive, caring, professional, and knowledgeable! Another pleasant experience at Jiffy Lube! Highly recommended.

The customer service is poor, the guys stand at the back of the shop gathering playing cursing and rude if you question them about their service, this is not new behavior, if it happens to me I can just imagine others experiencing it too. Most times you ignore their nasty mouths the poor service and rudeness, they're are young with no respect. I stopped using their service close to a yrs ago but this Thursday, 1/14/26 I thought I could ease through but again, rudeness cursing playing. It's frustrating.

I went and took my mom's vehicle in today to the Jiffy Lube on Silver Hill wolves and Forrest river Maryland I usually take a vehicle there and I usually get really good service. But today 9 17 25 at 138. My work order number was 46. My invoice was 14758245. They did lousy service today. And I'm not going to show why they didn't give me a sticker to re placed when I'm due. I had to request. I had to ask them to please check my tire pressure. Then they come back with my receipt of doing my mother's vehicle. The total was 10209, but then they put on here that the oil level was at full price to the service. I mean, you would think they would say to me that her vehicle didn't need an oil change, but they did not. It was like 15 minutes in and out. Nobody nobody spoke nobody. Did they? Yes, I
