Be very careful of doing anything other than an oil change with this place. I went in in for an oil change and they told me I needed brake pads. So, I left my car with them for that purpose and when I returned they changed my rotors also without advising me that they were going to do that. If they would have said I needed rotors they answer would have ben No...No absolutely not!!! I did not need Rotors!!! I had been to the Dealer 3 weeks earlier and all the dealer said was my brake pads were running low.

Had a great experience getting my oil changed. Definitely did not expect it to be that quick on a Saturday. They were staffed very well which made everyone pleasant. Definitely will be going back.

Paid for an air filter replacement and didn’t get the replacement! Checked when I got home because my car sounded louder and a bit off. Why I am double checking a technician’s work? I paid over $200 worth of service. I’d rather it not be rushed and have the work done efficiently. 2/10 - brought my car back to get the air filter and no apologies from management or a refund offered. Would recommend a local business that isn’t a franchise who works for customers to return instead of In/Out service.

My 1st time at this Jiffy Lube. I must say it's Very Clean and the staff is very Friendly and Welcoming. SUPER FAST!!! Keep up the good work Guys!! 👍👍
